As promoter BtI-BtII is not available in the biobrick we amplify from the cry1Ac gene

The promoter BtI-BtII is located on a megaplasmid of Bacillus thuringiensis and control the expression of cry1Ac. gfp is obtained from the biobrick BBa_E0040
